Talent Show
Talent shows are quite popular nowadays , television networks would ask talented participants to show off their expertise infrount of audiences and cameras , which in my point of view is a great opportunity for talented people to make known their special skills to public.
One of the major reasons is that every performers can have a chance to achieve their dreams via the stage of talent show that which are fair and publicity. Talent show welcomes everyone who want to express themselves, even you are just a kid. For instances, Darci Lynne who is 12-years old girl, but she is the final winner in America Got Talent 2017 which performing ventriloquist. Most of them joining the show are not just showing their talents or win the bonus. In fact, they more likely sharing their stories to other people. So talent show provide a stage for them to explain their mind which is unique and distinct.
Another reasons is that watching a high-quality of show can inspire the audience. Because of the professional advice of judges, not only participates can take advantage, audiences will bring out somethings too, such as topic. When they share or post the video to the social media like facebook, instagram and twitter, those performance always become a hip topic. Maybe some audience watching the show just don't want to give a shit about the crazy political things or want to hear some touching stories and awesome voice to forget the bad days, they still take a advantage and let talent show become the trend of entertainment.

This "compilation" does not look good. Since you change your team, you need to stick to one team rather than combine both ideas. They are not coherent.
